An end-grain board like nothing you’ve ever seen before. The wood in these servers began life as a tree in the Great Northwoods about 400 years ago. As part of a legendary 19th century log drive, it broke loose and sank to the bottom of one of North America’s great lakes or rivers. Time and ice cold water prevented decay and over the intervening years transformed the wood to remarkable colors and unique grain patterns not found in wood harvested in the 21st century.
